When you create an account we collect your username, email address, and a hashed password. We also store the designs and beading progress you save.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the BeadClick service — to log you in, display your designs, and save your progress. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
3. Cookies & Analytics
We use Umami for privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics. No personal data is collected by our analytics. We use a session cookie solely to keep you logged in.
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed from our live database immediately. Backup copies may be retained for up to 14 days before being purged.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. For other requests, contact us.
6. Security
Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing. All connections are served over HTTPS. We apply rate limiting and CSRF protection on all sensitive actions.
